Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Breeza website and the purchase of our products and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services Offered
Breeza provides air-conditioning products as well as physical services such as installation, minor servicing, and major servicing of HVAC units within Johannesburg and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may be quoted separately where additional work is required.
Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted via our website. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments. Breeza is not yet required to be VAT registered. Once this has changed VAT will be included in price.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery estimates are 2–4 working days for Johannesburg and 3–7 working days nationwide, depending on stock. Risk passes to the customer once goods are dispatched. Optional delivery insurance is available for R75.00.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. For a full refund, products must be unused and in original packaging. A 30% handling fee applies if goods are opened or used. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout (including address and contact details). For installations, customers must ensure safe access to the premises and notify Breeza of any special requirements before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
Breeza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
Changes to Terms
Breeza reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
