  • Are Breeza products covered by a warranty?
    Yes. All products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty periods and conditions vary by product, and misuse or damage caused by incorrect installation or handling is not covered.
  • How can I contact Breeza if I have a problem?
    You can reach our Customer Care team via the contact details provided on our website. We aim to respond to all queries as quickly as possible.
  • Are all the products you sell original and authentic?
    Yes. We only supply genuine products sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately to request changes or cancellation. Once dispatched, the order will follow our standard returns policy.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    From time to time, Breeza may offer special deals, seasonal promotions, or discount codes. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates.
  • Do you sell outside South Africa?
    Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
  • How long do I have to return an item?
    Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • What condition must items be in?
    For a full refund, items must be unused and in original packaging. If opened or used, a 30% handling fee applies.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    If we are at fault (wrong item or defective product), Breeza will cover the courier costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Refunds can be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver across South Africa.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Johannesburg: 2–4 working days. Rest of South Africa: 3–7 working days (depending on stock availability).
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
  • When does the risk of damage/loss pass to me?
    Once your order has been dispatched. Optional delivery insurance is available for R75.00.
  • How can I place an order?
    Orders can be placed directly on our website. Simply add products to your cart and follow the checkout process.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted platforms. We never store your card details.

  • Can I purchase Breeza products in bulk?
    Yes. Please contact us directly for wholesale enquiries. Minimum order requirements and wholesale terms may apply.
  • Do wholesale order get a discount?
    Yes, most wholesale orders usually get between a 2.5% and 5% discount. Depending on your order and the quantity.
