SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Breeza delivers countrywide within South Africa. Delivery times are estimated at 2–4 working days for Johannesburg and 3–7 working days for other areas, subject to stock availability. If delivery is expected to take longer, we will notify you immediately.
 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been dispatched. Optional delivery insurance is available at R75.00 to provide additional cover during transit.

We work with a range of courier partners and always select the most cost-effective and reliable option available at the time of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. For a full refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Where goods have been opened or used, a 30% handling fee will apply.

Refunds may be processed either back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
 

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Breeza will cover the courier costs. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

No categories of goods are excluded from our return policy.

POPIA Compliance

By placing an order, you consent to Breeza collecting and processing your personal information (such as name, contact details, delivery address, and payment details) in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information will be used to:
 

  • Process and deliver your order,

  • Communicate with you regarding your purchase, and

  • (If you have opted in) send you marketing communications.


We may share your information with trusted third parties such as couriers and payment providers strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or disclose your information to unauthorised third parties.

All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of South Africa.
